We have a very efficient mail order system in place for customers who live outside of Johannesburg or are unable to make it to the shop. Customers may place an order using one of the following three methods.

1.E-mail: Mail your order and contact details to kanunu@houseafrika.com

2.Fax: Fax your order to us on +2711 485-3404

3.Phone: Call us on +2711 485-1553/29 to place your order telephonically

Once your order has been processed we will contact you regarding payment and delivery requirements. Payment can be made either by way of a bank deposit or electronic transfer. Once payment has been received we will post your order to you utilizing Speed Services 'Overnight Service' to a post office of your choice. You will need to call us and get a tracking number in order to collect your parcel from the post office. All payments that are made before 1.00pm will be despatched on the same day. All payments made after 1.00 pm will only be despatched the following day.

Postage rates are as follows- 1-4 records R60.00/5-9 records R70.00/10-14 records R80.00/15-18 records R90.00

Please ensure that the correct postage amount is paid otherwise this will cause delays in getting your order out to you. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information required.
